Anna Royon-Weigelt worked both for the public sector and private sector in an international context for the last 12 years as a coordinator, project manager, consultant and trainer and teaches the module "The Applied Side: How to Run Projects".
Anna Royon-Weigelt was born in Leipzig in 1971, grew up in Poland and France. She studied Law and Sociology of Law in Saarbrücken and Paris. Between 1996 and 2001 she worked for the private sector (energy & consulting) before joining the non-profit organization Centre Français de Berlin. As a Program Director she was in charge of developing the structure and the programs till 2008. Having gained additional qualifications as an intercultural coach and systemic OD-Consultant, she became an independent facilitator, mediator and executive coach; she works for the research sector, companies and administrations. Her research and work interests include project management, diversity management, conflict management and organizational development.
