During this year’s October in-house class of our two masters programs, we are pleased to greet two members of the European Parliament: Reinhard Bütikofer and Justas Paleckis. While Mr. Bütikofer spoke in the beginning of this week to the students of IR Online on the problems of reaching a consensus on global climate policy, Mr. Paleckis will give the key note at the graduation ceremony that takes place at Friday, October 8 in the evening. His topic is the current development of the EU after the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty.
