In-house classes always offer the students a great opportunity to get to know each other, but also to get in touch with former CGP students and our vivid alumni community. This year, the CGP Alumni Association invited our new students on the International Relations Online programme on the Alternative Berlin Tour in order to discover Berlin's alternative culture in a social, informative and fun way. Our tour guide from the Original Berlin Tours revealed the unique scenes of Berlin's Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain to us. Over the two-hour tour we had a chance to get to know the stories behind the street art, get familiar with everyday life in Berlin's most legendary districts and learn more about how Berlin has become Europe's cultural capital. After so many cultural experiences, the group headed to a well-deserved dinner, which offered the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and familiarize our new students with our alumni activities.
At the end of the week of in-house classes, our fresh graduates and newest CGP alumni had the chance to enjoy brunch with our current alumni in Berlin. The main purpose of this event was to get to know our new graduates and introduce our alumni activities. There were many questions related to the alumni work and about the working groups. Most of them found that becoming a member is a great opportunity to stay connected with the Alma Mater but also meet new people and connect with other global minds.
We wish to our graduates all the best and we hope to see them very soon as new members of our Alumni family. To learn more about the CGP Alumni Network and the Alumni Association please visit our website.
