CGP Program Director Prof. Klaus Segbers has met with a number of important figures while on a trip to China.

As part of his ongoing trip to Asia, Center for Global Politics (CGP) Program Director Prof. Dr. Klaus Segbers has engaged in a number of high profile meetings. These meetings, which occurred while in Mainland China, accompanied a lecture series he has been presenting to partner universities within the country.

The first such meeting occurred on March 4, when Prof. Segbers met with the Dean of the School of Government at Beijing’s prestigious Peking University and CGP Board Member, Yu Keping. The other important meeting was held with Weiguo Wang, the Vice President of Siemens China in Shanghai on the 8th of March.

Within these meetings a number of issues of potential cooperation were discussed as well as significant general discussion about the activities of the CGP, and our Seasonal Schools programs.
