News from Apr 06, 2016
The Center for Global Politics is pleased to announce a new addition to our advisory board. Starting soon Dr. Caroline King will join our board, taking her place alongside our select group of experts around the world. Previously she had worked with the CGP to instruct sessions on Creative Thinking for the International Relations Online (IRO) master program.
Dr. King manages the International Government Relations program for the German multinational software corporation SAP. She holds liberal arts degrees from McGill and McMaster and completed a PhD at Georgetown University in Government. After researching on administrative culture in the new German states in the early 1990s, she began a career in Public Affairs and started working for SAP in 1999. There, she built the first global public affairs program, founded Government Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility. From 2005–2007 Caroline established and managed the German office of the World Childhood Foundation founded by Queen Silvia of Sweden – a venture which is still close to her heart.
The advisory board of the CGP is composed of a number of different international experts from many different fields who provide us with assistance on making the center ever-better. By combining their talents, expertise and advice, we are able to keep the CGP growing more and more relevant into the future.
